Sounds like you have figured out what’s best for you, and are living it. I think that’s great. At 77, my favorite thing is staying on the farm and doing farm chores and interacting with all the animals. This time of year we usually have about 100 total animals . We have a broody hen that’s sitting on close to 18 eggs and the should be hatching ant time now. Another hen brought her 4 chicks out for a walk for the first time a couple days ago. We’ve also got 18 baby goats at the moment. I’ve got to check on our pesky beavers neighbors and see how much of the stream they have dammed up again. Constant battle with them. Have 17 sheep but only two young ones right now. 85% chance of rain today, but hoping we get a little sunshine. Have a beautiful day. Every new day is a gift.

Karl, thanks for sharing this insightful video from your nomadic minimalist lifestyle! I really appreciate your laid-back yet wise perspective on making income through gig work like Spark and Flex deliveries. The flexibility to work when you want and the lack of commitment is perfect for someone embracing a simple, free lifestyle like yourself. Your anecdote about your friend who got so upset over potential increased marina fees before sadly passing away is a poignant reminder not to get bogged down stressing over things that may not even matter down the road. Living in the present moment and cherishing each day seems to be your philosophy, and it's one I try to embrace as well. I'm glad this gig work allows you to cover daily expenses without dipping into savings as you ponder taking social security in a few years. With your RV home paid off and minimal living costs, you have crafted an enviable life of freedom and simplicity. Keep up the great vibes and down-to-earth wisdom! I look forward to more videos capturing life as a bohemian nomad minimalist.

Thanks for the support. The consumer world makes it seem like you can’t be happy unless you have what they’re selling. The government wants you to buy-buy-buy as much as you can because 70% of the economy is consumer spending, plus they get taxes from everything you purchase. I am a lot happier now that I am off the consumerism treadmill. The funny thing is that every time I work heavy bulk for Amazon we always have 2 or more treadmills on the truck to deliver 🤪
