Don’t be fooled! He is doing it for views & make money out of it. I have seen one of his videos where he claims Yakult has more sugar than Coke which is gross misrepresentation of facts. Yakult is consumed in small 60ml quantity while Coke in 300ml. It is like taking a teaspoon of sugar (which is 100% sugar) & claiming it has more sugar than Coke!

56:55 This is s reference to cocoa solids that give chocolate taste. In oreo, it's specifically Dutch processed cocoa. Real chocolate (without sugar) has cocoa solids, covoa butter and several antioxidants in roughly 55%, 42% and 3% ratios. Ultraprocessed foods use only Dutch processed cocoa powder that has even antioxidants removed. Normal cocoa powder retains most of its antioxidants, and cacao powder that is minimally processed has abiut 90% antioxidants. For reference, Dairy Milk only dilutes natural real chocolate with sugar and milk powder. Real chocolate content is somewhere between 30% and 40%. For the full benefits of chocolate, melt and use Amul Sugar free Dark chocolate in your recipes. This has retained about 98% of real chocolate. For people interested, please look into the video about chocolate by Ann Reardon on How To Cook That channel. She explains the difference clearly.
