Honestly, ive been so excited for the app this entire series. I don't think i'd use the quick flips feature, but as an android user, i have been praying for an alternative to pricecharting. Hearing that the premium tier will cost $50/mo has me super worried about the rest of the app. Is it going to be $20-30/mo for basic use? Your discord is already $27/mo, which is pretty high as it is, but thats not a huge deal. I'd be in at around $5/mo for most of the features sans quick sale. maybe give discord members a free membership to the basic plan. I understand that you need to charge for the premium membership to be able to make up your margins while being able to pay 65% on your buy list, but $50/mo will limit your user base and turn off those that would be willing to pay $20-30/mo for the premium.

I think making it easy for you guys to buy games from users is very smart; but I think considering a subscription based model is not the right direction. I would recommend a free version that only has certain features, but makes it easy for them to upload collections and sell to you all. Additional feature tiers on the app would be one-time purchases instead of subscription based. The amount of revenue generated by people selling collection through the app to you all will certainly make up for the subscription based model.

I'd imagine he stops buylist orders outside of the app, so that this will be the only way to use thr buylist. Big dealers WILL use this app

Love the vision here, Caleb. Long term this definitely needs to have a companion POS system. Every POS system I’ve used at video game stores is hot garbage. Yes there is a smaller user base for POS systems but you can charge more. And having it sync up with the app will be a game changer. Employees could conduct trade-ins and inventory entries on their phone and it could upload to the inventory system. Inventory entry/trade-ins is the most time consuming aspect for game stores. Time is money and this app + pos system would be revolutionary. Grindless POS is a popular system for pawn shops and game stores and it’s complete trash, nearly unusable. What you have here could be turn into the ultimate Buy / sell POS system in existence. Keep up the great work, but keep thinking even bigger!

This way you may be able to lower the price for user while still profiting from the app. Additionally this could open op de EU market. Maybe something to consider. Would it be valuable to market the quick flip feature to other video game resellers for a fee who can partner with the platform? That way end users can pay less per month but also market their own games to find who buys at the highest price or find people who are local so that they can save on shipping fees. This provides a higher sell value for them while still allowing you and others to be competitive for finding stock.
