You have done a great job with this (challenging) kit, Congrats. I, as you know am building this and I will admit, struggling and am very concerned about the final fit. But, I am learning a LOT and know I am doing my best and if anything, helping others minimize errors ( by watching me make them first) and build a kit they can be proud of. Subscribed to you and looking forward to watching your past and future video. Will also give you a shout out as I would like to have viewers hear your experience with the Revell London Bus... Cheers mate 👍

Cheers bud, subbed back. It's definitely not an easy build and I can echo your concern over that back end. It's tricky to line up the 3,4 main components. The double height front end, roof and back end all need careful alignment. I ended up snipping the roof tabs off and left the 2 supports off to try and bring it down, more in line with the front and rear panels. Be carful with the 2 main decals, bathe the areas well with water or microset (blue one) to aid positioning but then double careful with the cotton bud roll. The 2 concert advertising decals, rectangular decals trying to confirm to a curved surface simply doesn't work, they need a trim, and the museum decal is about 1.5mm too tall where the stone face is and lands right on the seam. I trimmed mine to sit above the line. Bottom line, it's a Revell kit, and does look pretty good overall. I'm sure you'll smash it mate. Find me on Facebook and get you on one of my livestreams 😊

Hi ya thanks for the video, got the platinum kit with loads for photo etch so working from two sets of instructions, was unsure about which shade of red I should get but found routmaster red from zero paints which are brilliant. Just got to be really accurate with fitting, one bit out and nothing will fit , hopefully not pulling my hair, just taking it slowly.

Hiya Paul. Loads of dry fitting mate and where you foresee a fit issue there will be one so yep, bags of patience. It's not a terrible fit but there's certainly some mmmmmmm moments which gets you skipping back thru the instructions. Offside stair case is a noticeable head scratcher for example. It took me a long time to build it because I kept having to walk away then go back with a clear head. Once you get it something like it's a really cool model. Watch the straight decals on the rear, (Rod Stewart and the other side). They don't go round a curved surface correctly, and the big museum decal takes some doing. I don't think anyone has built this without a few issues and there's plenty of 'it'll do' bits. Great colour choice, I've used zero paints before, went down lovely. So yeah, baby steps, look forward thru the instructions to see why xyz go there etc. Good tip Good luck pal

@@7Markandrews thank for the advice, I knew the decals could be a handful after working on the seating, I seem to be one seat decal sort , where you or have I lost one ?

@paulbrooker5203 think you're 1 short. Seats were a pain but tbh, paint it red, you can hardly see thru the windows, it's not a HUGE loss

Nice one Mate 👍 Deffo comes across as an intense kit 😲👍 Lots of to-ing and fro-ing with instructions ( as modelers would do) so not for a beginner 👍
