Week 9 of the reverse diet is in the books! It was a pretty solid week and just 2 more weeks left.

💪🏻 BODY FAT PERCENTAGE: 14.6% via Feelfit Scale
🔥 WEIGHT: 161.5lbs
🏋️ STRENGTH MARKERS: Workouts felt great this week! I am definitely digging the new weights that I am lifting and my form is perfectly on point!
💦 CARDIO: 2 days at lv. 12 for 12 minutes on the stair master.
🧂 ELECTROLYTES: 6,000 mg sodium/3,000 mg potassium.
🩸 KETONES: ~0.1 ACEs via Biosense
🍽️ THIS WEEK’S STAPLE FOODS: Pre-workout drink, Chocolate Malt Ketobrick, 1 Tbsp butter, 5 eggs, 4 1/2 egg whites, 1 Tbsp ghee, 9 3/4 oz. 85/15 ground beef, coffee and green tea.
🧠 MINDSET TOWARDS IT ALL: I am really focused and dialed in on my workouts going forward.
📖 OTHER THOUGHTS: Just 2 more weeks of this reverse diet! I’m very excited to start the bulk schedule!
