This video shows a couple of antisplip options for an outdoor wooden ramp, and a method used to improve one of them.
One option is an antislip tape with sticky bottom that you attach to wood. This tape did not work well in my environment, and a second segment in my vide shows the tape peeling off after a while due to rain and wind.
Second antislip option is using material from roofing shingles. Just nailing it onto wood. However, hight traffic and exposure to wind and leaf blower makes roofing nail attachment insecure in some places.
As a solution, plastic cap nails are used for additional security.
