Everybody complains about that cable configuration on the ends ... and it's one of the things I like about it. It's a compact system with just enough cable to do the job, and packs away without all the loose lines flopping everywhere. It's a little awkward clamping them onto the plastic island down there, but that's mostly because the spring in the clamps are stiff. Once the grip is mastered it's no problem, and I'm a 67 y/o woman. I use this probably 5 times a year, both for jump and to run a boom box in the gazebo, no problems for the 7 years I've owned it. I charge it twice a year to top it off and it's good to go. I also store it in a back room of the house to keep the cables from getting too stiff because the copper in them is pretty burly, compared to my Walmart Goodyear winter kit that I keep in the trunk. (Eh. Don't buy it, it isn't worth it, but since I have it I use it, mostly helping other people jump in the winter). I keep the accessories in a red pencil case from the dollar store so it's color coded to the battery. I did find a red canvas zip bag at resale that fits it perfectly so everything went in the bag together. I keep the toy inflation tools still in their little plastic bag in the same compartment on the back that holds the compressor lines. Thanks for the heads up on the plastic handles. I won't let them flop around and whack against things anymore.

I use mine (CenTec 5 in 1) to keep my truck tires at the proper PSI. It works fine. Good advice using the jumpers in the cold. I had not thought of that. I will get extra fuses and replace with metal jumpers. Finally, and as always, knowing what to buy and not buy at Harbor Feight is important. I'm glad I have a Harbour Freight near where I live. They get my business. Thanks.

Great review, thanks! I was wondering if you can attach a blowgun head to the compressor hose (for quick & easy clean up on occasion)? If not possible as is, maybe with a little minor jerry-riggin'..? 🤞😏

Nice video... I have had mine for 3 years and the first year it was great... I have sleep apnea and take my CPAP camping. I was able to use the 120v inverter to power it for 6-8 hours. I purchased the 12V version of my CPAP plug and was getting 12-15 hours. However the battery and charger are horrible. After 1 year the batter and charger took a dump and charged to less than half even though the gage showed 100% or 12.8V. LIKE YOU SAID NOT ACCURATE. In the end I used Amazon to purchase a new battery ($40) and charger ($11). Just waiting on the battery to arrive. With your skill set how difficult do you think it would be to add external charging terminals for this unit? The charger is cheap and really sucks, I was thinking of using my Dremel and adding a switch and terminals/ plug for fast charging? your thoughts???

That could probably work. The case might be a pain to separate so you could do a clean job of installing and running the wires. I'm sure it's not glued together the best. Best of luck with it.

Went thru 2 of these. The compressor is junk as is the inverter. This an ABSOLUTE NO-BUY!
