Very impressive. Not only your ability in drawing/painting but the careful way you review each of the paints. I used the Schmincke charcoals for the first time yesterday. My only observation is that they lifted less easily than I expected.

Thank you. I just became aware of this product (Schmincke) this morning and put in an order for the Peach Pit one. The introductory 3 set wasn't available. My problem with charcoal has been the blackboard squealing effect, which shouldn't happen with the liquid version. This video is my start to this medium. I've heard of the Russian sauce before, but that was a video in pre-internet days. This might be a similar version of that.

I've been thinking a lot about this and I got the 3 pack today but after a quick play around i cant really see why one would choose it over watercolour of the same colour?
