I had this wheel for about 3 yrs and later upgraded to a force feedback my recommendation is if you play mostly car games but you also like to play others this is the wheel for you it’s easy to move around and it’s simple to set up while others are more complex I could easily hook/ unhook this up to my Xbox in a few min this is also good if you are looking to start sim racing and you get to learn the controls and how to navigate your games

I used it the same way aggressively for the past 2 years and i never head any problems, nothing on it broke except the rubber on the wheel which a little of it came of because of extendet use. This was my very first wheel and it opened an entire new world of racing for me. I used it for over 3 years with no fault and it brought me un-measurable amounts of joy. Its perfect for getting into sim racing or moving away from a controller and gives you the change to decide if you want to start going down the road of sim racing. I hold this wheel dear to my heart. The only problem that I had was not with the wheel but the pedals. The teeth on the pedal that connect to the actuator eventually snapped (in the 3rd year of use) during an intense racing in F1 fighting for the lead and the acc pedal stopped responding leaving me gutted but also put a smile on my face as it gave me a huge sense of immersion on the emotional side as I truly felt what a driver must feel when a technical issue stops their race, it was amazing.

I had this wheel about 5 years ago before I had a ffb wheel, for casual games like Forza it is more than enough to consistently win online races, I even regularly drifted with this thing. You need to treat it like a controller with the lack of force feedback. If you're any good with a controller, then you should be able to get used to this pretty quickly. If you've never had a wheel then you'll enjoy this, if you've used any other wheels before then this will still do the job but just feel underwhelming. I'd recommend just saving up for a tmx, much better value for money. Mine ended up breaking after less than 6 months, got a tmx after which lasted 4 years, now I have a fanatec clubsport V2.5

This was so much fun moving away form a controller. When I got my PC a year ago I got tons of racing games to be faced with it only working on Xbox. So now I purchased a G920 with the shifter and cant wait for it to arrive. This steering wheel was great. Only thing that broke on me was the desk clamp because I over tighten it. I would recommend it to the age range 11 and below, kids like me will have so much fun on this wheel.

This was my first racing wheel a couple of years ago, and honestly it's much more involving feeling when driving with a wheel to comparison with driving on controller. It's really fun and a good price. It looks and feels good. They tend to develop an issue with the potentiometer making it recogize false inputs making it a bit annoying, but it happens first at least to me after quite some time, like 2-3 years of pretty heavy driving to what I can recall. I got the Xbox 360 version of this wheel, it was crap. The wheel only has 270, and after 6 months of using it on my 360 (because my good wheel was Xbox one and siries X only) The pedals broke. The throttle didn’t work and then one day I tried a different pedal set from a new wheel I got for my Xbox 360 and when I set the wheel back up (not mounting it though.) and the steering didn’t sensor for about 50% of the wheels rotation. I just took the wheel off, put the wheel on the wall and it looks sick on the wall and used the wheelbase for spare screws. The wheelbase was basically shot. I did buy it used of of eBay so it was used but I has bad experience with this wheel. That being said my next main wheel for my Xbox Siries X is probably gonna be thrustmaster TX (The TX is the same as t300 but on Xbox) so yeah the wheel was crap for me.

Inside the box (besides the peds and wheel) there are three squarish pieces of cardboard. Atleast for me personally this wheel has been trash. Responsiveness isn’t great, turning radius doesn’t ever seem to match in game, have had to repair the cords on the wheel and pedals multiple times and even had to splice in a new end cable because I cause the little adapter piece. The plastic gears in the pedals have broken and I’ve had to make some new ones out of another motor. Maybe I haven’t found the right settings but I can’t seem to feel comfortable with it in any game or console. Also forgot to add while watching it reminded me that I also had to get new hardware for the table clamp as that snapped off.

The wheel only has 180 degrees of turning radius, but since the wheel has elastic cords instead of any force feedback it can turn quickly if you need it to without any trouble. You have to try not to turn it hard into it's lock angle, especially repeatedly, since it’s made of plastic and breaks easily.

Even though this made me sad, it’s still an amazing beginners steering wheel, and I would recommend it, just don’t expect it to last a super long amount of time lol

If the car is turning when the wheel is straight, it's probably because there is no deadzone, since it's basically impossible to hold it perfectly straight , try increasing deadzone in the settings, it should make it better

I broke it eventually after 2 months, found out the things that stop it from rotating further than 240° (forgot the name), had an intentional weak spot in them, which Is i really big complaint to me.

Had this wheel, brake pedal completely snapped off after a while. Would only recommend for those under an extremely tight budget or for children. If you want a regular use wheel I'd say save up a bit more and gor for the thrustmaster t150 or, if possible, the g29.

I just bought it, love it. Easy brake pedal mold, flip flops from dollar tree and super glue. Sold my Fanatec CSL, may get CSL dd in a few years.

I had a CSL, I love this wheel more. I am better with this wheel. Force feedback is not as realistic in the real stockcars I have drove. You don't feel anything in the wheel because of the power steering. Your feel is in the seat. But that's how a Arca stockcar works. Practice makes you better, not money.

@@ronjon996sps Yeah in real cars you don't feel much through the wheel, you feel it in your butt. But with this wheel you feel nothing at all (unless you have a motion rig). I don't know what you're smoking but FFB definetly makes you faster and more consistant. By the way, what sim do you play? If you're playing forza horizon the ffb is pretty useless.

I bought this wheel because it doesn’t have force feedback. I’ve hated that feature ever since it was introduced. Call me old school but by lap times are always quicker without it.

iv actually had this wheel for about 2-3 years closer to 3 and i will say i agree with all the things he says and the video does not do justice on how loud the paddles are its actually really bad but other then that for only 100 big ones its held up very well for me nothing has broken i havnt had any truble out of it and its been a good beginner wheel but i think when i get fh5 i might upgrade!

You have to Lower the Steering Sensitivity to "0" inside the Games Controls to help you steer in a straight-line.. It will never beat a well set-up Game Controller...but at least you feel like you are Driving. Maybe best for Dirt Racing or just messing around in open-world games. It is NOT a serious Racing Wheel for Die-Hard Gearheads. It IS totally FUN for Wreckfest, etc. You can even repair it yourself...if the bungee breaks inside...search KZitem for it.... Drive like you stole it !

Wheels like the Logitech Driving Force GT are really old, but have force feedback, and are available on ebay for under $99, which just completely invalidates products like these.

some of this review is not exactly true, sure for anyone spoilt with using force feedback will turn there nose up at this but I own the pc/ps4 version of this and a Logitech G29 and my force feed back is very limited at most and gives no feel of realism bumping and vibrating everywhere, you will never emulate real driving. I also find that you can drive competitively with this wheel, in fact at times you are superior as the rumbling can throw your steering off with force feed back. when all said and done its a gaming peripheral your not driving a real car, ill emphasise {ITS A COMPUTER GAME},if you have a Bugatti Veyron parked on the drive then we can have a difference of opinion people need to come down a peg with there home made rich people rigs. a person with this wheel and a force feedback wheel see the same in game performance graphics etc. I play I racing, AMS 2,and ACC and I don't feel cheap or inferior. there is a knack to the pedals and once you get used to it you become accustomed as you have to learn to feather them. between my two wheels I always find myself using this one it just seems so comfortable and stress less to drive. again I have a decent set up,x3 ultra wide ASUS TUF monitors and cockpit with all the telemetry addons for the dash and with this I find myself slightly mugged off as I get the same experience with one screen and the wheel clamped to my desk. if your on a low budget and you do stare on owe at some setups on KZitem that people have, just don't fall for it like me the novelty soon ware off trust its coming from such a person that owns a very costly set up. also its an absolute ball ache removing everything and setting up between playing none driving games, so with expensive rig set ups there are many cons its very user unfriendly in terms of hybrid accessibility. go with this wheel don't be sucked into all this FANATEC gear driven stuff its not worth the money unless your using them on your own channel to an audience and that channel is fully supported and making money. you have to go into sim racing as a casual sim racer not enthusiast because you will get bored very quickly and the novelty will wear thin, there's only so many times you want to drive round Monza or Silverstone it happens to the best of us, even in VR the novelty drops after a day or two. also many you tube channel users get endorsed by FANATEC and so on to use there products as a form of advertising don't think for one second they went out and bought the whole thing themselves. stick to simple stuff its the best way. this is why THRUSTMASTER will always dominate and always have with driving sim peripherals, you will always have fun with there products as they cater for all in the market and is affordable to most on such low income. the FANATEC STUFF you have to buy this part and that part and the cost rises very quickly it is just expensive put together crap that does nothing different to that of the THRUSTMASTER brand. in I racing i have beaten people using FANATEC with this wheel, I have won races I mean does that not say it all it gives you nothing more than the THRUSTMASTER variant. its not the tools that do the job its the person using them. your always going to be playing the same 29.99 pound game regardless. and that's where sim enthusiasts trip up, spend 3 grand to play a 30 pound game. this wheel isn't just a beginner new to sim racing wheel it can be your ultimate racing wheel you don't need to go out and prove yourself to anyone by buying FANATEC nobody really cares when your by yourself in your room. and with that you now see my point.

I stopped the video on "it doesnt have force feedback". If you are considering buying a wheel, don't bother if it doesn't have ff, play with a gamepad. If cost is the issue, buy a second hand ff wheel, the difference is so massive in the feel, that i don't really know why these types of wheels even exist.
