I have 4c hair..my hair came out bone straight with this tool..you have to set it to the highest heat setting, blow dry hair 1st of course(in small sections) and use the tool from under and follow through..also gotta use the best products

This come gets my hair straight but then again your hair is much coarser. I used the highest heat setting and used smaller sections. It works trust me I’m 4b..... The key is to use smaller sections

These straightening brushes leave the integrity of the hair more intact like a straightening comb. Flat irons cause more damage because they crush the strands in addition to the heat from 2 hot plates.

You just need it on a high setting. There’s more reviews as well

I would definitely use smaller sections, make sure to keep going slowly through all the way to your ends. Start by going from underneath the section, and then do the second pass from above.

@@rasheikarp no problem, I hope it works better for you this time! I'm nowhere near 4c hair, but I used it yesterday on the middle setting and it came out better than anything I've used before, in half the time!

@@rasheikarp I'm buying one pretty soon because I will need it when I start to straighten my hair. Try bending the Tymo as you straighten like you are trying to flip it!

You have to use it underhand. Not above. You used it as a comb instead of how it should be used.

Justina_Seagull Hey! I think it works for some people, however I haven’t tried it. My hair is color treated and I feel like the excess protein would definitely dry my hair out more it already is ☹️

Your technique is all wrong. Increase temperature; decrease the number of pass through. Glide through hair sections SLOWLY.

Can it touch your scalp without burning?

Aubrey Jenyn Lelis it has costumes that prevent you from getting burnt.. but, it can give off different levels of heat depending on the angle you try to use it

Very nice hair!!! I would really love to see you review Straight Silk by JuniorLabs. It really keeps my hair soft and flowy 👌
