Thank you so much, Julie! I've been in a dark place in my life for the last year or so & this has inspired me to work on changing my thought patterns & the way I react to various circumstances in my life, both good & bad.

My life map is just going in circles in a constant uphill battle. At this point in life I'm not even surviving, but I will try to take some of your ideas and use them. Maybe life will eventually get better?

Vegas Cycling Freak I get it!! Your words are exactly why I gave this talk. I think we all feel this way often, and so I wanted to give some assurance that you are right where you are supposed to be and even when you feel off track, you probably aren’t- and are just a turn away from feeling connected in again. Be kind to yourself, let go of the stuff that doesn’t serve you or elevate you and know that you make a difference in this world!!

Talking about a very sad event regarding the death of a little boy and then about positivity is such a contrast, almost disconnected.

Seems like a very nice lady. But this feels more like a vanity speech (she admits TEDx talks are her favorite things to do) than a serious look at changing brain anatomy. If you're looking for a positive pep talk, you found it. If you want more insight, you might want to move on.
