That's really interesting Liz. I love that youtube shows how many different ways there are to do things. I make my ferments in 25 litre batches so I can throw the pulp etc into the mix as well (in a cheesecloth bag is best). Can you do a follow up video for me as it ferments and gets bottled please?

How long does it sit in the Demi John before bottling and drinking please?

It stays in the demi john until it is clear. Rack enery month to 6 weeks to help it do this.
