Just finished making this, I let it cool then used my stick blender to emulsify some grapeseed oil and a jalapeno into it, smells so good I'll be mopping some chicken on the BBQ with it here in a couple hours.

Good mix. One thing bud, yes I know they are comfortable, but never tell anyone you wear Crocs, and never show it in a vid. I got a glimpse of them and you told on yourself accidently. Flip Flops have more street cred than Crocs....be care full man. LOL just joshin...great all around sauce, thanks Ray Mack.

The beef ribs I got SUCKED !! No meat on em. But did put some on some pulled pork I made the other day. I like it as stated in the video. A basting sauce. Not a finishing sauce added to the meat after its cooked. Tastes like vinegar. Yuck. But as a basting during the cook? Yes..1 mans opinion.

I'd go lighter on the brown sugar and add mustard and celery seed onion and garlic powder if cooking low and slow. Sugars and garlic is nasty when they burn.
