Recipe for: Rice spaghetti with vegetables and egg. I never get tired of them!
NECESSARY PRODUCTS:
Rice spaghetti - 100 g.
Mushrooms - 100 g.
Onion - 1 head.
Half a carrot.
Red pepper - 1 pc.
Green pepper - 1 pc.
Zucchini - 100 g.
Garlic - 2 cloves.
Cabbage - 100 gr.
Egg - 1 pc.
Sweet chili sauce - 30 g.
Soy sauce - 30 ml.
Salt.
Pepper.
Oil.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
Cut the mushrooms into thin slices, the onion into thin crescents, the carrot into julienne strips, the zucchini into julienne strips, the peppers into julienne strips, the cabbage into thin strips and the garlic into thin slices.
Add a spoonful of salt to boiling water and cook the rice spaghetti for 5 minutes. Pour the finished spaghetti into a colander and cool it with cold water. Add a little fat and stir to prevent sticking.
Put a little oil in a preheated pan at a high temperature and add the chopped vegetables. Saute the vegetables for a short time on high heat, stirring occasionally. Add the garlic to the sautéed vegetables and season with salt and pepper. Stir and remove the vegetables from the pan.
Return the pan to the stove and add a little oil, then fry the egg, stirring constantly, until it is broken into small pieces. Return the vegetables to the pan and add the spaghetti. Finally, add the soy sauce and the sweet and spicy chili sauce. Stir and turn off the heat.
