◆Bread dough
・Bread flour : 250g
*If you divide it into two bowls, about half each, the yeast will melt well and you won't fail easily
[Bowl A]
・Yeast : 3g (1 tsp)
・Sugar : 18g(2 tbsp)
・Milk(40°C) : 70cc
・Instant coffee: 4g + hot water: 100cc
*Please cool down to around 40℃ before use
[Bowl B]
・Salt : 3g (1/2 tsp)
・Unsalted butter : 20g
◆Coffee buttercream
・Unsalted butter : 80g
*Soften at room temperature
・Instant coffee: 2g + hot water: 10cc
*Please cool down to around 20℃ before use
・Condensed milk : 40g
✴︎Rising time
First time : About 25 min (40℃) / Second time : About 20 min (40℃)
*Time is only a guide, so please adjust it according to how the dough puffs up
*Preheat the oven just before the end of the second fermentation.
✴︎Baking time
Bake at 200°C for 14 min
✴Size of pound cake cups : about 10 x 5 x 5 cm high
*Any similar size is acceptable.
