I’m 7 minutes in and on rule 3 and you are saying all the things I’ve been telling my customers and girlfriend. I’m new to your channel and subscribed only after 7 minutes. Great job. I have learned all the first 3 things anyway from years or experience and being self taught and being constant thinker, I’ve finally started to figure this all out over last few years.

The points you've outlined regarding rich painters versus poor painters highlight some crucial principles that can apply to various businesses, including painting and decorating. Here's a summary of the key takeaways and some suggestions for your business: Rich Painters vs. Poor Painters: Key Takeaways Time Management and Calendar Usage: Rich painters are proactive with their time and use their calendars as shields to protect dedicated blocks of time for important tasks. They prioritize activities that can drive long-term business growth. In contrast, poor painters tend to be reactive, spending most of their time on urgent but less important tasks. Focus on Important but Not Urgent Tasks: Rich painters allocate time to important but not immediately urgent tasks that have a long-term impact on their business. Poor painters get caught up in urgent but less critical activities, such as constant communication, paperwork, and firefighting.
