A lot of this really rings true and I actually have a story similar to one of his points. I was in line paying for groceries and a lady behind me told me that my milk was almost expired and I should grab a newer one. Instantly the hairs on the back of my neck stuck up and I had a gut instinct I was about to be attacked. I knew that surprise would be an asset and she wasnt expecting me to smash the milk on the ground screaming "thats not kosher" I followed up with a quick throat punch that sent her back a bit. At this point many people were gathered around and I was greatly outnumbered. I ripped open a bag of bread and threw it in the air yelling "get down" then I ran to the nearest bathroom and escaped out a window. If I hadn't learned these techniques during my 30yr career as a KGB Top Secret Spy I wouldnt be alive today. Thank you Geritol.

I went for a piss and an elderly gent made a comment about the cricket match - Boom 💥 . Blow to the jaw. Rapid aggressive action. One hand on the todger the other controlling the head. I was scoping the toilets for an escape route and he followed me in. Luckily, thanks to this video I am alert. Balls of my feet. One hand free and ready for action. Whambo! Bob Spour is a Walter Mitty to the very definition of it, but a hard old Geordie who just felt, never overestimate the world-they’re as dumb as they look. He’s a type. Why do you use your elbow ? Dude, an elbow strike is not that effective as a knuckle punch. I have been in a few fights and all fights begin with verbal shit and then with pushes and then fist strikes to the head. Most fights start to accelerate when they are in the verbal stage and he who strikes first most probably knocks his opponent out. Second strike or counter strike is the next best step to take, incase one was still day dreaming. I remember the time in boarding school in Reading, UK, where we got thrashed regularly by the seniors. They were regular bastards and I was a bit mentally damaged and loved to get into fights.
