A friend of mine used to be a runner/researcher unpaid intern for shows like GMTV, Trisha, Matthew Wright and Richard and Judy. He said Richard is EXACTLY like this 24/7 and if anything reigned in the craziness while on camera. He used to say things to him like “are you in my circle of trust?” And “i think you are in my top seventeen best friends”. He’s a lunatic.

Yeh no doubt, I was working in a bookshop 20 years ago and had so much spare time that I read a biography by Carole Malone.
