We were so lucky to be around in the same time as him though. We were blessed with him as a gift.

I tell my loved ones all the time that I love them and I go out of my way no matter how I feel to hang out with them because I know today could be my last. Richard shared the same outlook that I have. "that make me feel happy.....and since I take one day at a time, I want as many moments to be as happy as I can".... why live in misery when you could have a heart attack in 5 minutes? I remind my son of this often. I go out of my way to try to live in the moment. God bless Richard....RIP you good soul. I wish more people shared his outlook and his affection for others. He was such a great man and this video shows how truly good of a person he was. "I am allowed to buy one piece a month"....lol...."allowed"? I like the fact that he was worth so much money but only "allowed" himself a certain quantity of material things, despite being able to have more.....and in the same video, we here him talking to someone about rationing food. The guy was measured, disciplined. What a treasure we lost.

There are some good advice bits in here. Take life one day at a time. There will always be food around, what has to change is you. No diets. Move! ❤

Respectfully,...as..."unusual"....as Richard was, I can _honestly_ say that I don't recall any...." *_BAD GOSSIP_* "....that _EVER_ surrounded him, in all of his years! A *_TRUE_* legend,...in the celebrity-fitness circle. Rest In Peace, Richard. They (paparazzi/media circus) have _FINALLY_ ,...let you be! 🙏

My favorite 💛 part from this video 📹 with Richard Simmons 💕 was him reading 📚 his 😀 dalmatians a story from Disney's 101 Dalmatians. I wish 🤞 I would 😔 love ❣️ to hear 😔 that when it's uploaded on video 📹 someday as I will definitely 💖 enjoy ☺️ it ☺️. ☺️

He built his wealth off of actually helping people. He really cared about the obesity epidemic. I wish there were more people like him out there because we have so many sick people out there, kids that aren’t going to make it to their 20s because their being stuffed with processed garbage. They’re being told that it’s OK to be unhealthy.
