Although he does gets his own decks and files each card to precision,you can only file down a thin piece of card to a certain point and to be able to feel the differences in 52 cards and know what each one is then to be able to pick up any pile and feel the exact number there is, amongst other tricks not shown in this video is certainly a talent. Richard lies, he used special deck of cards. Just watch the following clip *(Magician demonstrates card cheating skills)* this performer also use the exact same special deck. This is the type of cards that Richard Turner used to perform his tricks. But people are so naive about card tricks and think that Richard Turner can control those 52 card with his touch, no no no. I had this special deck of card before where, for example 5 people can pick out 5 cards and put them back into the deck then shuffle all you want, order don't matter in this case. Now, I can blind fold myself and pick out those 5 cards in fraction of a seconds, all at once or 1 by 1, just like the performer did in the provided link cheating skills where it can also be done easily with him blind fold too. About dealing with all diamonds, read the comments about fake shuffling from that clip you'll know how

@@172ngan8 Richard almost certainly uses marked cards, but they're marked subtly enough other magicians like Penn and Teller can't find the mark. But what is amazing about Richard is his ability to pull the marked cards out of the middle of a randomly shuffled deck so effortlessly and using slight of hand so fast and smooth that, again, even other magicians and card mechanics, can't spot or tell exactly how he's moving the cards.
@Empty12345

@@172ngan8 False. Richard can do his tricks with any cards, shown in videos where people gave their own deck to him & did his tricks. Also he uses the Gold Srandard deck which is used everywhere, especially in casinos. Think what you think, but do some research first.
@Empty12345

@@centurion1945 That would mean he would have to mark every card, because he can pull out any card. Marked card is marked on the back of a card, which helps you to deal the card to yourself, because you can only feel the top card on the deck. He quickly distracted the guest by pointing at the #2 seat and reconfirming if that was his seat, and shifted the correct card with his left thumb for easier reach. Very quick and subtle. Just comes second nature to him, crazy. I also think the decks are rigged so the aces feel different. @@HokKan There’s no deliberate rigging involved. A fresh set of cards always has minute differences between cards, whether that’s the weight and friction of the ink or the cut edges of the cards. How is it possible everytime to order the cards after so many shuffling. He will show that in every show. In one interview he said thickness of one card and thickness of cards he holds. He said he doesn't do any math calculation. He said he can feel it, does he feel the number and symbol too.

When he delt the final card to position #2 in the 7 stud it was originally an Ace of Hearts but and that was one of the slickest 2nd card deals I have ever seen. The camera position is all that gave it away and still took pausing it to see it

That’s a pretty good act, adding the blindfold … otherwise, like magicians who hide their whole lives the fact that they have a twin, or have a wooden leg, or have one extraordinary quirk that enables them to perform one uniquely “impossible” trick, people might suspect Mr. Turner was bluffing and had spent his whole life faking blindness (which would admittedly be a pretty badass “prestige” to keep up for a lifetime) … but he’s the real deal, alright! ❤️ I wish I were 1/10,000th this good!!

I understand he can know where every single card is in the deck while they are in his hands based on skill and not sleight of hand.. but she shuffled the deck with the 5 of spades and then he pulled it out of the middle instantly. Amazing

7:44 you can see the underside of the card he is about to deal (ace of hearts). but then he flawlessly changes it and the deck he placed the card on has no ace of hearts
