2:53 Just trying to imagine the amount of time it took to animate that is mind-boggling, it looks like 3d at first.

It's (partly) rotoscoped, but yes still very impressive nonetheless

Yeah, but the downside is that a lot of them promoted smoking and drinking

I like Discovery Train one, I looked it up, it was a museum on a train that travelled across Canada and visited various cities and towns to teach folks about their country's history. It actually toured across America a few years before as "The Freedom Train", before going up north and being retooled.

@EricakaJaceII There is definitely material here that isn't in the other main compilation. It's from The Thief Who Never Gave Up documentary. And I thought people would appreciate seeing the better commercials we have in high quality edited together as a piece. This was done for the ASIFA San Francisco tribute to Richard Williams.

Richard Williams seemed to really like The Pink Panther didn’t he?

He and Ken Harris did the intros for the later Pink Panther films

compared to the rest of his animations, the pink panther is relatively simple to draw, so it was probably more lucrative to do more of those than anything else

@EricakaJaceII, Talk to Richard Williams about that. Tell him to stop being lazy and start making new commercials. Haha! J/K
