The keyboard-to-sax drop @ 1:30 is what I literally dropped everything to hear, every single time "Bloody well right" came on the radio back in the day, and it's still powerful as it ever was. Davies delivers with the same energy as he did in the Paris Live concert in 1979 - Incredible musician, fantastic performer. Supertramp flared the brightest of all, in the music of early 80's in a period filled with first class acts.

This makes me sad. Suoertramp is one of my all time favorite underrated bands. To see him playing in such a small venue just makes me sad. Breakfast in America is seriously one of the best albums ever made. Supertramp should be playing stadiums today, not a bar I could've stumbled into drunk.

But you are aware that Rick Davies battled cancer and was not able to play the piano for quite a while? Would be glad if people are happy that he is still alive and appreciate that he is able to do small gigs again! What is wrong with you people? He had a tough time and he is 78…

I was in no way putting him down. I was just saying I love Supertramp and it's crazy that this isn't a much bigger venue. Don't get me wrong, I'd shit myself if I had the opportunity to watch this in this size venue. I'm just saying the popularity of Supertramp should fill stadiums. Edit: BTW, health and age factor into my sadness. Supertramp is an icon of my childhood. Watching people, bands and others that I idolized as a young man erode is just sad to me. I remember at 10 years old, my step-dad had the Breakfast in America album and I would just look at the albumn cover in awe. I loved it! There was something about it, the waitress, the art of it, i dont know exactly what it was, but i loved the cover and wore out that albumn listening to it. So happy that he is still playing and tearing up that piano! I just want more people to see and feel what I do when I listen to this music.

Thanks for clarifying. When I replied I was just shocked by the number of nasty comments without any respect which I am deleting without exception. @@zauberlehrling5968 It is so sad. I have to say that Roger has no fanbase rather a sect. Both songwriters are amazing , it is a fact So sad to see that several fans ( I mean Roger's fans becasue they aren't a real Supertramp's fans as they ingnore the whole band and Rick's all songs , ) leave the same negative comments under all Rick's videos like a robots. I like several Roger's songs from the Supertramp's period , but for me Rick Davies is the greatest songwriter of all time together with David Paich (of Toto), but I have never written it down under any Roger's videos .

@@zauberlehrling5968 For sure I'm grateful for it. But what happened in 1983 still hurts... Wir können auch in Deutsch weiterschreiben. Das Konzert in München war eine Zäsur in meinem Leben. I had a chance to see Supertramp twice but bith cases without Roger . I have to say that their concert in 1997 was the best concert I have ever seen , and I finally recognized how great the band is without Roger , too. Rick's voise was clear and strong and the whole band was on fire. Unfortunatelly I had no chance to see them on Brother where you bound tour, I think on that tour they were even better , maybe the best ST tour ever. ( just listen to Coliseum concert , bad sound quality but it is clear that the band was in top form and in that time the Supertramp was a real rock band with huge and epic rock sound
