Bull Hurley. What a fantastic human being and I loved his role in the movie frankly he made the movie so great they needed someone just like him and he was the only one that could do it. Physically speaking he was a man amongst boys in the movie and that’s what made the final scene so great. I thought David mendenhall played his part perfect as did Stallone and everyone else. I was 13 when this came out and it’s always been one of my all time favorite movies. RIP Bull Hurley. Quite a gentleman.

As a kid I loved this movie for some reason. It has a magnificently classic la smooth rock soundtrack, it must be where I got my cheesiness from musicly. I can’t help it it’s a lot of the best musicians of the time, that played on hits upon hits, something I as a musician will never see myself and not any musician today. It’s great history look it up y’all’s.those guys many of them made 25 million at least in their good runs as the studio greats of the time.
