I'm a moto guy, not a rally guy, but mad respect✊️. I started watching a bit when Andrew Short was racing. It's really cool, Ricky is doing so well and won a couple. I don't care where someone is from I fallow the MXGP's, but it's awesome we have these boys representing America 🇺🇲 . 🏁🤙

I give the Rally (especially a monster like the Dakar) racers a ton of credit. i grew up on two wheels and raced mini bikes/mini cycles and then dirt bikes/Enduro races and then onto motocross (earning AMA Expert Licenses in both 125cc and 250cc), competed in Trials events (actually my favorite thing to do one two wheels) and earned an AMA Pro/Expert License in 250cc/350cc Road Race. But the first time I ever got on a Rally bike (California desert test trials), it was obvious to me that this was a foreign set of sensory feelings. I just could never get comfortable with the speed and the weight and the spatial challenges of going fast in the desert. Perhaps it was growing up in Florida where everything is flat and green and dirt, whatever the reasons it's the only form of scooter racing that I didn't take to like a duck takes to water. I salute the guys who have mastered it!

I'm excited to see Ricky, the first and only American to win Dakar and now twice! I'm a KTM fan and own 2 of them but I was rooting for Ricky to win, he was flawless at this Dakar. Well done! 👏

Congrats to Ricky, the team and Honda! Great job! It’s easy to pin it when you know where your going, the navigation takes a lot of focus and skill, mad respect!
