As an American. 🇺🇸 I loved you as a boxer. I’m not as familiar with your career as I am with Floyd’s. Floyd probably is one of my favorite fighters. Let me tell you. You were a VERY TOUGH OPPONENT. It was a really good fight and you went into the fight very tough and trying to win. I think you were one of his toughest fights and I’m not just saying that. I’m have watched your fight a few times.

He’s too hard himself when it comes to floyd may-weather. He was great fighter but floyd mayweather was levels above him in every department. The fight was not close with him. He got beat by a all time great and he ain’t anywhere near that level of great fighters. British world champion with a huge British following.

The referee separated them mostly when they got into headlock situations, regardless of that. Ricky wasn’t able to land much clean, that was the difference. I don’t think the referee helped Ricky, but it also wouldn’t have made a difference to Ricky actually landing something substantial

@@TrulyUniqueOneI agree the 7th round was when it completely turned. Ricky was aggressive and had unorthodox footwork. Early on it clearly threw Floyd off. But Floyd is a master of adjustments. Once Floyd made an adjustment, Ricky had no answer.

@@andrewblunts-ringwalks4508 shut your casual arse up... If you understood boxing at all you would see that Ricky was dominating at first but was stopped every time he got on the inside (where he always finished fights) the ref was being a good little boy and did what he was told.
