The base of this impalpable Tart that melts in your mouth is made with the WHIPPED SHORTBREAD that I made some time ago, I really like it, both because it is easily prepared and spreads without using hands, a rolling pin or anything else, and because of its consistency soft and melty! Enriched with Cream of Ricotta and Cioccolat, fresh and delicious!
🌡️ COOKING 180° static 175° Ventilated for about 35-40 minutes
📝Ingredients:
For the ricotta cream
300 g Fresh ricotta (cow or sheep's milk)
Dark chocolate drops
5 tablespoons of sugar
📝 For the whipped shortbread: 24-26 cm mold
3 eggs
Approximately 280 g of 00 flour
130g Sugar
130 g Butter or margarine
10 g Baking powder
Vanilla
