CHEESE FILLING:
300 grs ricotta cheese,
70grs greek yogurt,
1 medium egg.
1 tbs vanilla extract.
50 grs azúcar, stevia, etc. I´m using Erythritol.
1 tbs plain flour.
BERRIES SAUCE:
1/4 CUP cheeries
1/2 lemon juice.
1/2 cup of berries (strawberry, raspberry, blueberries).
