3.5 cups flour
One egg
125 g butter at room temperature
A teacup of semolina
Half a teacup of olive oil
Half a teacup of yogurt
One teaspoon of baking soda

For the syrup:
2.5 cups of granulated sugar
2.5 cups of water
A slice of lemon
Preparation:
First we prepare the syrup, put water, sugar and lemon in a small saucepan, and after it starts to boil, I boil it for 12 minutes on medium heat and let it cool.
We pour flour and semolina into the mixing bowl and mix, open the middle, break the egg, knead it together with baking soda, lemon juice, olive oil and yogurt on softened butter at room temperature. We cut walnut-sized pieces from our dough, roll them, press them on a grater, shape them, put walnuts, put half a walnut as I showed in the video, put them on a tray with baking paper, bake for 40 minutes in a pre-heated 180 degree oven with the turbo fan turned off. We pour the syrup, which has reached room temperature over the hot dessert. I took the syrup pouring down from the edges with a spoon and poured back on it so that it can absorb all over. After the dessert has completely cooled, it means our dessert is ready to serve. Enjoy it with a cup of tea! Good luck!
