This is a complex I learnt from Inge Johansson, a Swedish weightlifting expert. He had the privilege of being able to watch and record David Rigert's training.
He sent me the exact workout Rigert would perform every 14 days complete with weights and repetitions. It included this interesting complex that I've never seen used before that must have been prescribed for Rigert's weaknesses to further improve his weightlifting performance.
