Your demonstration is excellent. The monotone even audible communication is superb. Bar none. One of the very best. Thorough and descriptive. Can you please explain the reason for such gentleness in this lymphatic massage?

Disclaimer is repeated in the beginning. I liked the old one as it talked about what to do if the right leg nodes were removed, which is my condition. Also the old one was good talking about lumps and deep massage, which I need.

Hi! Your video's are truly fantastic! I'm an RMT, trained in MLD, though I was trained a bit differently. I really like some of your methods and am going to incorporate them into my practice, so thank you! I do wonder though, where you got the leg wedge you use in this one? I would like to purchase one here in Canada, could you possibly share a link? Again, thank you so much!

Kelly, thanks for taking time to make such a helpful video. I have prolonged, firm swelling in my ankle area from an ankle surgery a few months ago. The occupational therapist I saw said it was more likely synovitis than lymphedema since it is localized. Would I be okay to only go from about the knee down, and then back up?

I started having swelling due to a medication. It swelled so much that purplish dots started showing on the tops of my feet & eventually a wound opened up on top of my right foot. I switched meds & my left leg swelling went away within a week. But my right leg swelling is still there & it's made that wound get _huge_ It's now halfway up my leg!

Thank you for your videos. Do you have a video when both legs are swollen? Or do you just perform one leg at a time using your separate videos? Also legs are swollen for unknown reason. One year ago my legs started swelling. When I wake up they look normal and as I walk around they start to fill with fluid. Thank you

Nice demonstration. All patients are not thin like you. This does not work for obese people. Can’t move like you. Too stiff and fat is in way. Now what. Need help accomplishing all the movements.

I'm pretty thick myself and I did this with the wall for assistants. Laid down on floor with legs on wall. It's only going to work if you want it to work. 👍 This is a great demonstration for anyone small or big!
