Thank you so much! Yes, it's amazing how much difference using chickpea flour makes! Of course, you'll need oil to fry these, but it literally uses half the amount of oil than without the chickpea flour. Do try it! Enjoy! And thanks for the pat on the back!!

I only like Ringan na palita when they are crispy like this. Even i use chick pea flour to coat, it helps on both not soaking too much oil and also it tastes very good that way.
