It’s different for each person, some will say bar, others will say rings. From my experience, if you’re explosive then bar is easier. If you struggle with explosive (chest-to-bar) pull-ups, then rings is easier.

Tell me what should be the gym rings width? More than width make it easier or harder?

Whenever I try to work on ring muscle ups (I can go 0-2, depending on the day) with required volume (like doing some normal MUs, then negatives and then transitions) my elbows (lareral) will start hurting. I had let it check several times, there couldn't be any injury detected. Any idea what I could do to prevent this so I can put my focus into MUs and finally get better?

Same here! For me it is also just the left elbow, but as with you, nothing can be detected when it is checked…

Hey Simon, a few weeks ago you hinted at a hybrid calisthenics/weights program coming out this month. Is there an ETA on that?

Hey Simon, Thanks for all the videos. I want to ask you if it's better to train every day a bit or every two to three days a lot? It is probably individual and depends on injuries, but I'd like to hear your opinion:)

I have a video about training frequency in the lessons tab at www.baseblocks.com that explains the nuances of high vs low frequency training.
