12:45 Not sure if you recall, but the Rise of Bangtan series covered "Seo Taiji and Boys" in episode one, where they spoke about the history of kpop ; they said how Seo Taiji made Kpop what it is the way we know it, today. Their performance together in 2017 was pretty symbolic in the sense that Seo Taiji passed the baton off to BTS who are now paving the way for Kpop!

Interesting Fact: Seo Taiji was around 46 years old during his 25th anniversary concert! He absolutely is a ageless living legend! (Jungkook’s father is the same age as Seo Taiji). His 25th anniversary concert is amazing and a must watch. BTS had a 50+ min. Feature in the concert performing with him. He has said that BTS are his cultural successors. He recently posted the entire concert on his KZitem channel. You should check it out.

There will 100% be toxicity before, during and after jhope’s performance. It’s something that has been non-stop since bts debuted. We have learnt to enjoy the moment anyways, we try not to think about people’s reactions because we know there will be some sort of negativity anyways.

Hi, i am back. Good reaction, ty. I cried too. Emotional one for sure. But i like learning new stuff. I also like getting more of the clip for the speech and some other info. My fav reactor Caitlyn stopped watching these at ch. 8 and I had stopped too. I am glad I can watch them with u and laugh together, cry together, sing together , and dance together. Thank you for doing this. Hugs. Love u. Have a good week. -NY USA Army💟

It really saddens me when reactors that i used to love just suddenly drop the ball on this series after saying how much they love learning more about the boys’ journey… just to see that the reason they did was because they have decided to become a full blown kpop reaction channel. On the flipside, i do have mad respect for those that in spite of taking on other groups still show their authentic enthusiasm and continue on simply because they are really curious and do enjoy knowing their journey

honestly i'm scared of the whole lollapalooza thing too. don't get me wrong i'm so proud of hobi and txt too but the amount of hate and straight up racism that i saw on twitter and instagram just because korean artists are performing at an american music festival is kinda scary. i know that none of them have even heard a jhope or a txt song but they're still so quick to spread hate and why? just cause bts and txt are foreigners, poc and don't sing in english.

I'm American, I'm also Korean. I've lived in NY since the 80s. People are slightly less ignorant/more tolerant today, but overall... I'd say people just got better at hiding their racism. Americans are pretty racist AF. Didn't really think about Asian race stuff until the recent asian hate crimes in the city.
