Hi Gatewood. Thanks for producing another wonderful video. My girlfriend and I are planning to visit Texas to go kayaking post Covid because of you. If I might offer one bit of advice: you might consider putting a transition shot between far and near profile shots when you’re speaking to the camera. The abrupt zooms are a bit disconcerting. It adds a feeling of intensity to what is otherwise a very soothing presentation style. With that said, we love your videos and always look forward to the next installment. Travis Daves yes, I parked at a “wide spot” near the bridge, along with a couple other vehicles. There is a dam immediately below the bridge and we had to carry our gear and drop over a wall. That is a private (but vacant) house. They have signs indicating no parking but a lot of people drop off there and I’ve never had any trouble. I just unload and then park on the side of the road.

Thanks George! Well, I think there’s a line between being rough on nice gear and using nice equipment for rough situations.
