Of course software and os matters but in ev it's just down to battery capacity and riding styles irrespective of chemistry. Finally, on what basis are you saying ola is bad? Online reviews? I own it and ridden more than 15k and I have no issues with it.i got another for dad after using the first one and was happy about it. Of course I agree the build quality on river indie looks really solid and definitely better than ola. But ola itself is not bad contrary to its negative publicity.

EV scooters are a gimmick and frankly a headache to own. Why would anyone choose to buy a vehicle which needs to be charged every 100-160 km when you can go that distance in ICE scooters with just 3-4 liters of fuel?! If we also consider the higher price, issues of vampire drain and the sparse service centers and charging points I cannot see how most will switch to EVs. They might perhaps try it out but I think many will prefer the convenience ICE scooters offer.

I have ridden the Osaka and it is not only uncomfortable but it also compromises on handling and control. It also will give back ache on long rides. I am 5'11" not very tall and these low seats are uncomfortable on long rides unless ur below 5.6 ft

It's just not about a body over two wheels but has been built by understanding how Indians use their two wheelers. Kudos to design and research.
