Yeah but If you read ncert pg 209 in the bottom part saying "The introduction of DNA was such that it produced both sense and anti sense RNA in the host cells"

It forms because the TWO* RNAs, formed when the cloned gene undergoes transcription, are complimentary to each other. * Only one RNA will be produced in normal transcription. Here, the transcription is producing 2 RNA because of some technicalities when introducing the cloned gene into the host

@@hajrashaikh8900 maine jo padha hai uske according ham nematode ka gene introduce nhi krte balki artificially nematode kai gene ka complementary gene banate aur us complementary gene ko insert krte plant host mai phir yeh complementary gene ek single stranded mrna ko transcribed krta jo ki complementary hoga nematode kai mrna se aur dono bind ho jaate jis se ki nematode ka krna protein nhi bna pata.. agar mai glt hun toh please explain karyeh ..
