I am doing the same wright now. I did 90. Started from empty bar. It took me 288 visits to gym for two years. 450 hours total. 3 times a week.

He's strong...imagine if he did it with the correct technique I remember my first week in weightlifting , I was eager to lift with those colored plates and......no xD , I spent like a month working with my flexibility and with a stick in order to perform the technique correctly, obviously they skipped that part

Got to tell you your movement is pretty much wrong. You should master the technique first then only start lifting heavier. Otherwise you might injure yourself.

Everyone has a different ability and some people will never snatch 100kg in their lifetime so I say well done to him :) BUT he is lifting at WIT in London, the CrossFit gym, so you can't expect them to focus on technique !! Don't expect CrossFitters to think like us Olympic Lifters ;)

I am able to squat 150 kilos yet my snatch is only 70 kilos max. I am not able to figure out.

do 150 with front squat. front squat is the best for snatch

Yeah it's technical issues, I snatched that with a 100kg squat, get a coach and if not available, post videos online and get feedback

In other words, a lot of lifts have obvious similarities to lifts one would do in their everyday life, whereas this lift is unlike any normal movement one would do and requires a great deal of technique
