I did this one earlier, boy my forearms felt pumped to the max way after the workout. From holding onto heavy weight by doing the assorted shrugs, then the hammer curls and then finally the barbell curls. It felt weird at first as have never done this split before but definitely with it.

Okay, it's driving me absolutely nuts. You got to put in a muscle hang clean and press. Use a little cheating, ( so called. ) Because it just seems like one of the best like main lifts for shoulders and traps. If you want to bench 315, then you have to overhead press, 225, which means you need to clean 225. The clean and press seems like the mint exercise for shoulders and traps day.
