Pull-ups and Dips are two of my all-time favorite movement, and of course you gotta love pushups. This is where it all started for most of us

Calisthenics are classic, tried and true movements. I like pairing them up with a lot of weightlifting movements (Incline barbell bench and dips are an insane combination). Good to see dips and pullups in this lineup and making it work with a low ceiling. No excuses!

Calisthenics/weight lifting hybrid is all I do. Excellent way to train!

I picked up a body weight routine from a SAR swimmer that I really like. Up to 10 takes only maybe twenty minutes but provides a great pump and heavy breathing. 1-pullup, 2-dips, 2-pushup, 3-crunches, progress up to 10 pullups and back down. Of course, overachievers can always go for twenty.

wow this was great to see. It'd be cool if you incorporated more calisthenics like a superset of bench followed immediately by pushups.
