1. Dogs. Dogs are good. Also sugar gliders. They're not great pets because they're nocturnal and throw their poo out of the cage, but they're adorable. I think the "super" unleaded is 98 and 95's the "normal" here, so you weren't over-indulging your engine. Petrol's mostly octane, eight carbons in a row covered in hydrogen. The LPG stuff is liquefied petroleum gas, mostly propane, butane and isobutane which are a row of three, a row or four and a T-shape of four carbons, covered in hydrogen. Propane boils at -42°C, compared to 125°C for octane, so it's kept under pressure to keep it liquid. You need somewhat different architecture to handle pressurised gas instead of pumping liquid, and it burns differently so your valve timing has to change, but you can rnu a car on it and I think having fewer carbon-carbon bonds to break to burn it means you get less soot particulate pollution in the exhaust, so it's not as bad for people.

The dates on soda and most food is a best before date, not an expiration date meaning it when the producer chooses when product should still be peak quality. Something shouldn't be going from peak to crap in a couple days when it something that lasts many months so I would say the seal was compromised on it. Soda can be good for many months past their dates without noticeable change, and I know this from experience but that is mainly with cans. Bottles, particularly if stored at high temps or sunlight, have a greater chance of CO2 leaking so may explain Kyde's experience with past date = flat. Enjoyed the video as usual.

ok,let me give you a few tips about the fuel stations and how to figure those things out.first if you are driving some car for the first time and you come to the gas station, you have that little icon of gas pump on your dash board and if there is a fuel nozzle on that icon on the left side it means that your fuel cap is on the left side of the car.when you open that cap there is usually a color that should match with the color under the nozzle on the gas pump.super 95 and 100 are unleaded fuels and numbers are octanes in it.(always use proper gas no matter the cost because if you use for example unleaded fuel you will definetly screw up the catalyzer, which is a sort of exhaust gas filter and it is a very costly repair.in eu cars with broken catalyzers cannot go to traffic after yearly car inspection done by the state)lpg means liquid petroleum gas and all petrol (not diesel)internal combustion engines can run on lpg but with few upgrades.fueling of lpg is done under pressure into special built in tanks inside of car.hope to see you guys back in Croatia soon.

Eric, have you ever refueled a butane lighter in your time? LPG is essentially like butane gas but for cars... actually it probably was either butane or propane. LPG stands for Liquefied petroleum gas. As for the Super 95; it's probably standard unleaded 95 octane gas. Probably a bit rich for the car you're in, but it won't kill it either.

In LIDL you wanna know what you are buying, there are some things that are really good, but you can run into that skycola and other crap very easily. It's not a Croatian market chain so i don't know a lot about it. And yeah, you better watch for landmines in those eastern areas, and in some parts of Dalmatia. Istra and Kvarner are safe.

Actually, there are several international fast food chains in Croatia, with the Mc Donalds as the most prominent in the country, with first restaurants opened in the middle of nineties. Today there are somewhat about 30 McD restaurants in Croatia, with about 14 of them in the city of Zagreb and it's metro area, with the rest of them in almost all cities bigger than about 40.000 citizens. Usually some smaller cities have one restaurant on frequent location, while bigger ones have numbers ranging between two to four Mc Donald's. This sector is strongly developing, and McD is leading company that is opening new restaurant or two in intervals of every few years. In Zagreb and Split, the biggest two of the cities there are also several KFC and Burger King restaurants. One Burger King restaurant, first one opened in Croatia, is located at the motorway near city of Karlovac. Subway once have had several restaurants in Zagreb, but after closing their business for the period of over 10 years, they've opened one restaurant in Zagreb, entering the Croatian market for the second time. Starbucks and Costa caffe have tried to start business here, but Croatian coffee culture is much, much more advanced and refined than these fast sipping style of coffee consuming that is usual in this kind of chains. People in Croatia simply enjoy much more in drinking real coffee and doing that for at least one or two hours with friends! But it's very similar to the neighbouring Italy where Starbucks entered for the first time this year! Regarding domestic chains, there are several of them, some of which also opened restaurants in some other countries. Mlinar is bakery chain present all around Croatia, also in some cities in Hungary, Germany and several other countries. Surf n Fries is fast food chain present in many Croatian cities, also to found in some other countries. There are also some other, more local chains. On the other hand, when it comes to the international and domestic grocery store chains and big malls, Croatia is hugely oversaturated! For instance, even smallest towns do have at least one German discount chain Lidl, majority of them Spar and Interspar, domestic chains Konzum and Plodine. Bigger towns and cities also have at least one or two major shopping malls, while Zagreb, Split, Rijeka and Osijek biggest number of them. It's the relatively similar thing when it comes to the clothes, with likes of H&M, Zara, Springfield, C&A, and many more! At the end, you have to consider that Croatia is country with rather small population of only about 4.1 million citizens, spread unevenly in country, and that there's rather small market niche for such a huge number of chain restaurants in country that has it's own, highly developed restaurant scene and rich culinary tradition and abundance of healthy, locally produced food! While Croats are relaxed people who do know to live quality lifestyle, it has to be said that consumerism is something that is also widespread, very similarly to the rest of Europe.

@@kydeanderic Yes, I can understand that from the point of of view of someone too exhausted with this rather dull, hybrid restaurants that sell not so healthy meals. But it's good that there's offer of various restaurants on every market. Not everyone in Croatia is huge fan of fast food chains and that kind of food regardless whose they are. Thank you for your nice blogs! And continue to live your life and have fun!

Not everything is black or white with her, but many people don't hate her. If you hate her you are politically ignorant, or a communist or just mainstream media minion. She has little power, her main thing is to promote country 's image and she is doing it well. Whether you like it or not, she is popular abroad.

LPG = Liquid Petroleum Gas. So vehicles that run on propane or butane. Some forklift trucks in the UK use this. In Brazil, there are cars that run (slowly) on sugar cane spirit
