烧肉是亚洲出名的一道菜也是家喻户晓常吃的食物。其实烧肉皮脆主要是猪皮一定要干,所以我用了3个方法让猪皮彻底的干透。我的方法烤出来的猪皮颜色很美不会焦,肉也不会干。非常好吃!希望你们会喜欢!

Ingredients: (Air fryer)
Pork belly 500g | 五花肉 500克
Cooking wine 1 tbsp | 料酒 1 汤匙
Chinese five-spice ½ tsp | 五香料 ½ 茶匙
Black pepper powder ½ tsp | 黑胡椒粉 ½ 茶匙
Fine salt 1 tsp | 盐 1 茶匙
Baking soda ½ tsp | 小苏打粉 ½ 茶匙
White vinegar | 白醋
Coarse salt | 粗盐
Cooking oil | 食用油
