Delicious oven-roasted turkey leg recipe perfect for when there are guests and you want to put a tasty meal without complicating our lives.
Ingredients:
- 1 Turkey Leg
- 3 Carrots
- 1 Large Onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 1/2 Glass of White Wine
- 1 glass of water
- Olive oil
Steps to cook Oven Roasted Turkey Leg:
1 - Preheat the oven to 190ºC.
2 - Put the turkey leg in a baking dish and add salt, pepper and olive oil. Once the oven has temperature, we insert it.
3 - While the turkey leg is being made, we peel and chop the carrots, onion and garlic cloves.
4 - With the vegetables already chopped, take out the baking dish and dump all the vegetables with the turkey leg. Add the two bay leaves and add a little salt and oil to the vegetables.
5 - We insert 10 minutes in the oven so that the vegetables are made.
6 - We sprinkle 1/2 glass of white wine on the turkey leg and put another 15 minutes.
7 - After time we take out and our turkey leg is already toasted so we put a glass of water on top and a little salt.
8 - Every 10 minutes we turn it over and we water it with its broth.
