This video talks about Frank Lloyd Wright's 1953 Usonian Exhibition House, which stood for approximately 3-months on the future site of the Solomon Guggenheim Museum in New York City. This house was one of my favorite designs by Mr. Wright; hopefully you will like it too.
After the Exhibition ended, the house was disassembled and auctioned off. It was never rebuilt, but the basic design reappears in two other completed houses, which appear in the video.
Thanks to Douglas Steiner of The Wright Library website for use of this historical construction photographs.
I'm reposting a slightly updated version of this video. Hopefully, the narration will be easier to hear.
