from a farmer who has gone through dozens of pairs of leather gloves working on the farm, they get wet from water, sweat whatever. when they dry out they shrink a lot. you have to struggle to even get them on and they do stretch back out. Building on what@@R.DeMora said. How do you know for sure that he is guilty? They are hundreds of people convicted because of a lack of skilled representation. You are judging based what evidence they were but so was the 12 people in the jury. Only a handful of people truly know whether or not he is guilty. We are supposed to assume someone is innocent until proven guilty. As his former lawyer said it is a strong chance that the killer hasn't faced trial. OJ did. We just don't know, we weren't there.

Simpson tried to put on the glove over a rubber glove, that was suppose to keep the evidence from being contaminated. The glove had been soaked several time in chemicals while searching for blood evidence on it. There was no way it would fit the original wearer. Then the jury rejected the DNA evidence out of shear ignorance. Statistically, there would have had to be THREE TIMES THE POPULATION of the earth to be able to exclude Simpson. I have to clarify something I said for myself because it is important. You did a good job. People worried about how famous he was and all of the city reacting. And, then there were mistakes, and stuff we didn't get to see in evidence. There was too much focus on stuff that only made it worse for him, really. On and on about someone's personal life. So, I was there the whole time..the 13th juror, and I listened, and unfortunately I didnt keep my perspective. We knew, and it's awful. And, so the trial was about many things, and the jury was interviewed and Americans watched as their hate for a complete stranger, and a victim spewed forth. You hanged yourselves, and all the other times too with your attitudes, your belligerence, your story lines, your threats, intimidation, and worse. So, in the last over 6 years with your pals you've done quite a lot, everyone normal suring that trial just couldt believe it. But, people did their jobs. It was how we all felt really disgusted, disillusioned, and depending were you lived under threat, and the things I've mentioned. That day was Judgement Day of sorts. Now, ALL RISE...give yourselves a standing ovation to the beasts you are.

One small detail. Mark Furman threw the glove over the wall at OJs house. Vanatter the other detective squirted blood from a syringe on OJs property and in his bedroom. The sock with the blood on it had preservative in it the kind used by the LA police lab. The blood on the sock went from one side thru the sock to the other side which of course is impossible since OJ was wearing the sock. I think OJ was guilty but LAs finest like usual tried to tilt the scales. OJ could afford a top defense team to counter the bumbling police and prosecution.

Yes, but That idiot, Judge Ito, wouldn't allow OJ's confession to Rosie Greer. When Rosie Greer told him to accept Jesus as his savior, he'd have to admit what he had done, OJ picked up the Bible, slammed it on the table in the attorney's room and screamed, "All right! I admit it! I killed the bitch!". A Deputy in the next room heard the confession. The DA said there was no expectation of privacy if you scream something. The defense, not knowing if the Judge would allow the statement, scrambled to change their defense to the "battered husband syndrome". Judge Ito, fearing he would be overturned, ruled the statement in admissible. So the defense went back to "he's innocent".

You will probably never be arrested for a crime you didn't commit, but there's always a chance you will. What then? The system can only work, to the extent that it does, if ANYONE accused of a crime has access to a lawyer who will keep all information confidential, and give the client the best defence their professional ability can provide. It is up to the state, the people, the crown, to PROVE the guilt of an accused beyond reasonable doubt, to the satisfaction of a jury or judge. It is up to the defence to cast doubt as to whether or not the prosecution's case proves the guilt of the accused. There is a reason why the bar is set very high for the prosecution. It's to protect you, even if it means the guilty sometimes walk.

@@shanedickinson745 Lawyers have to defend murderers. It goes with the territory. Drug addiction kills people from all walks of life, not just criminal lawyers' sons. A parent can do everything right and still lose their child to it. I think drug addiction is a very complex issue; attributing it to "demons" does not do justice to its victims because it ignores the very real humans who profit from it and perpetuate it. But if that's the only way you can make sense of it, that's your business.

There was a serial killer that went on a killing spree shortly thereafter so is possible he could have done it. Of course there is something wrong with OJ mind writing a book how else he could have done it so he may have done it but wasn't proven and others could have done it cops could have planted evidence as two of same cops that went to crime scene went to his house. This was improper procedures by the police so they should not have been surprised by the verdict.
