I have this on VHS just by pure chance. Robin was 48 and barely looked a day past 30. 1998-2005 was by far my favorite era of the Conan show, though it is still great.

I really enjoyed watching those old commercials. I was 6 years old at the time this aired. Man i miss those simpler times.

this is such a fire interview. Robin was lucid, confident, and energetic, allowing him to string full jokes together, vice snippets here and there. Conan is a great host to bring it out of him.

Robin Williams runs all over the studio engaged in a one-sided competition with Conan O'Brien expending all this energy meanwhile not even being funny. It's one of the reasons why I think Robin was probably an overcompetitive douchebag in his personal life
