There's more intelligence from Weller in this interview than there is within all of the other actor interviews of the last 20 yrs put together.

Awesome BTS interview. I've never seen this and wished there was something like this on the Criterion or other releases. This is type of I used to love watching on Entertainment Tonight. But I feel they've now leaned more heavily on the glamour celebrity side of things.

Dmitry Sti Верховен к этому гавну (второй фильм) не имеет никакого отношения. Уэллер, увидев в каких помоях снялся, ужаснулся и зарёкся играть фильмах про робокопа.

How did this man pull off being an action hero when he’s a full blown philosopher? See, this is my issue with modern film, anyone can be anybody, just add some lines and CGI, Peter Weller is truly a dying breed of what was a “standard” when it came to film making. Now anyone can put a random Joe in a film and pretend to capture something that is not possible with modern film tricks. This is real shit and I miss this age of film. And his “crew chief” comment definitely shows that his military career molded him in some aspect. Very cool, so much respect for him.

That's to infiltrate the resistance without the humans recognising him as a robot. Skynet built robots like that on purpose. Now imagine if Arnold walked like robocop towards john conner!!

Also, Peter Weller went through an extensive movement training to learn how to move more like a robot AND the suit had intentional movement limitations that created a more robotic movement, particularly in the legs. They all really did their part to make it so damn effective
