They have a gutful of 'forage', but they aren't fat. You look right over their heart at the point of elbow to know their body fat, and with that coat of hair you'll need to feel for it. You'd have better success with hair-breed sheep (no shearing or tail docking) because sheep do better on that dead grass you're feeding. Goats look up for their feed, like deer, browsing woody species (except toxic stone fruit trees). These two poor goats look like a long list of unmet needs, and I wonder how much longer they lived. Nice to see a moving system though.
