Hi useful video thanx, I have this cistern and its currently leaking, so this was very useful. Do you have a video on how to service the other part of the cistern, eg the syphon part on the left hand side? Cheers

I have taken the syphon part out once before but unfortunately I didn’t film it at the time. Mine was dripping into the basin and I found turning over the main grey o ring seal at the bottom stopped it (thought I’d try that first before looking to order spare parts). It was a couple of years ago and I cannot remember how I removed it. If it happens again I will definitely film and post it on the channel. Sorry I cannot be of more help at this stage.

Mate i was working on the exact same toilet today. But the brackets that hold the inlet valve and syphon has snapped. I've tried pausing the video as i see yours has the part number. But i can't quite get the full number.. do you know what it is. The clip part number?

The part number printed on that bracket is K201-DO3-ERS1, although it doesn’t appear that Roca sell it separately, or it isn’t showing up on their website. It looks like you can buy the inlet valve which comes with the bracket, I think the part number is AV0017900R, although it might be best checking with Roca directly to be sure. Hope this helps.

Had the same issue, let me guess Bellway? PTFE was the solution. 50p from B&Q

Yes it is a Bellway home! 😂 Since uploading this video, it has happened on one of the other toilets using the same cistern and PTFE is a quick and effective way to fix it. What I don't understand is why Roca made the internals of this filling unit so complicated; what benefit does it serve?!
