✅ Ingredients
500 g. Flour
500 g. sugar
500 g. toasted almonds
150ml. hot water
30 g. honey
10 g. Neapolitan pistol
4 gr. ammonium bicarbonate
1 squeezed orange + grated peel
✅ Process
1-make a fountain in the flour and insert all the ingredients inside except the water which should be added a little at a time (it may not even be enough)
2-make small donuts of 70g
4-brush with an egg
3-bake in the oven for 25min at 180°
