One of my favorites scenes is when Rocky asks if he can finish the shift that’s something everybody can learn from today
@brian-vz5hz

Well he has bills to pay and a pregnant wife at home. He'll take every bit of money he can get before he's out of the job. People think differently when they are responsible for others at home they care about. I'm single and I would have left as soon as I got the slip from the manager. Different situation for me though. I only have to worry about myself.

Got fired from my job today and this scene came to my mind. It's literally the same reason why I got fired as they said "They needed to reduce personnel costs" and I asked if I at least could finish my shift as well! Signed the paperwork, picked up my stuff and left the place politely. I take it as motivation as I have the feeling that like Rocky I'm moving on to better things.
